Program Information for Youth and Families

At Crossroads for Kids, we provide a variety of programs for ages 5-17 and beyond. Below you will find brief descriptions of each of our programs. If you are unsure of which program is the best fit for your child, please call our office at 781-834-2700 and ask to speak with the registrar.

For programs listed as open enrollment, applications are available online for download or you may call our office to request one. For programs listed as Participants Must Be Nominated, please contact our office for more details.

Camp Wing Day Camp (ages 5-16) - Open Enrollment

Camp Wing Day Camp offers engaging summer programs for kids of all ages. Programs include swimming (both instructional and free swim), boating, arts, sports, nature and more! Transportation, field trips and extended day available.

Camp Wing Resident Camp (ages 7-16) - Open Enrollment

Camp Wing is a larger, more traditional residential summer camp, allowing children to experience a fun-filled summer at camp. Campers enjoy exciting theme days, sports, outdoor pursuits, creative arts, web design, sailing, archery, and much, much more! The combination of activities and team building activities assist our skilled, caring staff in teaching children more about themselves while having lots of fun in the process.

Camp Mitton Resident Camp (ages 7-13) - Open Enrollment

Camp Mitton is an intentionally smaller, family-style camp which serves young people who will benefit from more individualized attention. Through the patient coaching from highly trained, compassionate staff, kids at Camp Mitton learn to cope with their feelings of frustration in positive ways, and learn to feel safe in building healthy relationships with those around them. Through watersports, outdoor pursuits, therapeutic creative arts, technology and daily chances to reflect in cabin meetings, young people attending Camp Mitton learn to communicate more effectively and develop a renewed sense of trust and the ability to see themselves as capable and empowered.

Camper Continuity Initiative (grades 3-6) - Participants Must Be Nominated

Camper Continuity Initiative (CCI) -Year-round (ages 9-12) This four-year program consists of 20 days at camp each summer and one weekend a month at one of our sites during the school year for skill-building and developmental programs.

C5 New England (grades 8-12) - Participants Must Be Nominated

year-round program

C5 New England is a five year, year-round leadership development program for teenagers. Each teen is nominated by a community partner for leadership potential. C5 tries to bring out that potential by teaching them the tools and skills they need to be successful leaders in their communities, affecting change on their own. Each summer, our teens spend time learning the core of their leadership curriculum through traditional camp activities and engaging with other teens in the program.

Apprentice Program (grades 11-12) - Participants Must Be Nominated

year-round program

Teens shadow all positions at camp and learn first-hand the skills that create successful team members and mentors to younger children. They attend year-round events as junior staff members and participate in career readiness programming.
