For 75 years, Crossroads for Kids has been dedicated to providing a safe, supportive community for Boston area at-risk youth, unlocking opportunities to transform their lives and we bring our expansive history in youth development to every retreat and function to ensure that your time with Crossroads Connects and Crossroads for Kids will be invaluable in helping you to achieve your organizations individual goals.

Crossroads Connects Services

Team Building and Educational Retreats

Connects can custom design a team-building experience for your organization. We help each organization work toward their goals (i.e. increased communication, trust, decision-making, critical thinking, etc.) through different group challenges and activities. This can be done on-site at your organization or at a Crossroads for Kids site.

Site Rental

Individuals and organizations can rent our sites for day events or overnight events at one of our sites. Our facilities include swimming pools, climbing wall and challenge course, heated sleeping quarters, basketball courts, soccer fields, dining facilities for 300+, ponds for boating, archery range and more!

Weddings and Events

Host your wedding, birthday party or family reunion with Crossroads Connects. We will work with you to plan all of the details. We can provide in-house food service or work with an outside food service provider.
