Thank you for supporting Crossroads and for giving me the opportunity to become the person I am today.  Because of you I know that I will be part of changing the world for kids who are just like I was so many years ago.
 

When I first came to Crossroads after the 5th grade I was not doing well in school and had made a habit of pushing people away. It didn’t take me long to realize that the staff at Crossroads knew what I was
doing and how to help me - and I am so glad they did. They taught me to believe in myself, to trust other people and showed me that I was a leader who could make a diff erence in my own life and in other people’s lives too.

My Crossroads family has been there for me in good times and in bad.  Thanks to their unconditional love and support, I am the person I am today - someone who makes good choices, is a good friend and is a good student who WILL go to college next fall. I am someone who feels prepared to take on the world, whatever it may bring.

All of my personal achievements aside, Crossroads has inspired me to be a better person. Because of them I know that I will be part of changing the world
for kids who are just like I was so many years ago.
