C5 stands for Character-driven; Community-focused; Challenge-ready; College-bound; and Committed to a better future. The C5 curriculum includes leadership skill building, college readiness workshops, financial literacy programs and community service projects. Crossroads staff contact participants bi-weekly to discuss their individual Leadership Plans, how they are doing in school, and to connect them with additional support resources if needed.
