Crossroads for Kids is looking for motivated, enthusiastic people who want to spend their summer making a life-changing impact on young people. Spend your summer in a fun, dynamic environment with great staff and even greater kids!
Crossroads for Kids combines school-year programs and immersive summer camp experiences to provide at-risk youth with a supportive community and access to experiences and resources that help them discover self-confidence, graduate from high school, seek higher education and become members of the next generation of diverse young leaders.
The experience for all of our participants begins with an incredible summer at one of our three beautiful sites:
The first summer for kids and staff alike is life-changing and never to be forgotten. We hire a diverse team of passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic counselors to inspire, mentor and build meaningful relationships with the youth that we serve. This is made possible through teambuilding, sports & games, swimming lessons, creative arts, outdoor pursuits, adventure and so much more.
In 2012, our mandatory staff training will begin on Thursday June 21st, and positions conclude on Friday, August 24th
