We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Think:Kids! This innovative and high-impact program is designed to reshape the ways adults support kids struggling with behavior issues by shifting the perception that a child's struggles are seen as a lack of skills, not a lack of will to behave appropriately.
At Crossroads, we are so excited to put this constructive and collaborative method into practice in our programs. By harnessing the training opportunities afforded by a new partnership with Think:Kids, we can focus on giving youth in our programs the opportunity to learn the skills they need to make positive behavior choices so they can succeed in our programs and in the rest of their lives. Think:Kids is part of the Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Psychiatry and members of their professional medical team are providing training to Crossroads for Kids leadership and seasonal staff in their constructive, consultative approach to modifying behavior.
