Amy joined the development team in 2009, and since that time has worked in several capacities at Crossroads. She is currently our chief grant writer in addition to managing our database. Amy earned a BA in English with a minor in economics from the University of Connecticut. Before coming to Crossroads, she worked with the Children’s Hospital Trust in Boston, and has over 5 years of experience in marketing and development, including major donor prospect support, donor stewardship and grant writing.
Ann has been involved with Crossroads since 2000, first as a member of the Board of Trustees and then a member of the development staff since 2012. Ann has over ten years of experience in advertising sales and management in New York and San Francisco for both consumer and trade publications. She holds a BA in Economics from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and an MBA from Rutgers University.
Ashley Charron has worked with Crossroads since 2010, joining the full-time program team in August, 2012. She is from Manchester, New Hampshire and graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a double degree in Psychology and Sociology. Ashley is an Outreach Coordinator, registering all of our participants and supporting the program team.
Ben hails from Bishops Waltham, England. He joined Crossroads for Kids as a counselor in 2001. After completing his Business degree in England, he joined the full-time Crossroads team in 2005. Ben now oversees the Camp Wing operation including Camp Wing and the Duxbury Stockade, Camp Wing Day Camp and Crossroads Connects. He also works with the Program Coordinators to ensure our younger participants receive quality programming.
Caitlin joined the Crossroads team in 2007, and has ten years of experience in development including managing the monthly giving program at Dana Farber/Jimmy Fund, and creative and implementation support on their direct mail program. Caitlin holds a BA in Public Relations and Marketing Communications with a Minor in Graphic Design from Simmons College, where she also received the Homer Jenks Prize for Excellence in Writing.
Deb joined Crossroads for Kids in February of 2001. Deb oversees all day to day operations of the organization, and is responsible for implementing the vision of the Crossroads board and building long term support for our mission and kids.
Emily joined Crossroads seasonal staff in 2005, and joined full time Fall of 2007. She oversees the recruitment for the C5 teen leadership program and oversees the 8th and 9th grades programming and will be acting as co-director of Camp Lapham this summer.
Jeanne has worked with Crossroads since 2010, joining the development and communications team in 2011. She currently manages social media channels supports the operations of both the communications and development teams. Jeanne earned a BA in Political Science and Policy from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Jessica Dugan - Program Director Jessica joined the Crossroads for Kids staff in the fall of 2011. She supports the C5 team, focusing on year-round programming for high school students in leadership development, community action and college access. She also supports efforts around program evaluation and alumni relations. Prior to working for Crossroads, Jessica was the Director of Community & Business Partnerships at the Boston Renaissance Charter School, initiating an annual 6th grade retreat at Camp Wing and nominating teens each year for the C5 program.
Joanne began working with Crossroads for Kids in the summer of 1994. Joanne ensures that Crossroads for Kids offers safe, quality programs on well cared for facilities.
Jolanda Atwater - Program Assistant Jolanda Atwater has worked at Crossroads for Kids since 2007. After her start as a counselor at Camp Lapham, she is currently a member of the year-round program team, working with Connects, the Pathway Corps, and as a Leadership Coach. She was the chosen staff speaker at the C5 Class of 2012 Graduation ceremony, proudly addressing her "babies" as she calls that class of teens she started with as a counselor. Jolanda is currently a student at Bridgewater State University, studying Communication with a minor in Management.

Kelly Springham - Program Coordinator
Kelly joined Crossroads for Kids in the summer of 2001 as a seasonal staff member at Camp Wing. While spending the off season years in college she continued to return to camp each year working in the villages as well as on the Program Team. Kelly became full time in the fall of 2006 and is a Program Coordinator working primarily with third through fifth graders as well as overseeing our training programs in Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED and Ropes Course implementation by outside vendors.
Kristin joined Crossroads in 2010 with over 20 years of management and leadership experience in not for profit, government and stand-alone agencies including Development Director of WAND and Executive Director of the Brain Science Foundation. Kristin has a BA in Political Science from The College of the Holy Cross, as well as a Diploma in Economics from the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK and a Masters in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. She is also the founder of an anti-violence community foundation, In Anne’s Spirit.
Lisa has worked for Crossroads for Kids since 2002. She currently serves as the Co-Director of Camp Mitton and as a Program Assistant during the year. In the past, she has worked as Camp Mitton’s Director of the Apprentice Program, Behavior Specialist, and Creative Arts Coordinator, among other roles.
Liz has worked with Crossroads seasonally since 2009 at Camp wing in the Senior Girl Village. She recently graduated with a BA in Community Engagement and Educational Policy from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. She has worked extensively in the C5 Flint program and will continue throughout the school year as a leadership coach. Liz joined the full-time program team in September 2012 as an Outreach Coordinator, where she oversees the staff hiring process and supports the program team.
Lydia joined Crossroads in 2005. She oversees the financial management of the organization, overseeing the financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow functions.
Marie joined the Crossroads team in June 2011 as a Development Intern. She loved everything about Crossroads, and was sad to leave when the internship ended in after the Rodman Ride. That’s why in December 2011 Marie came back as the Development Assistant!
From 2009 to 2012, Mylan worked as a summer counselor with all five classes of Crossroads' C5 Teen Leadership Program. In 2013, he joined the organization full-time to work with C5's fourth year class and serve as a multimedia producer and instructor. He is a graduate of Ohio University where he earned a degree in Journalism and Visual Communication.
Renata began serving at Crossroads for Kids at Camp Wing during summer 2012. She is from Boston and is currently working on her BA in Human Services and Sociology from Northeastern University. As our Youth Leadership Fellow, Renata supports our youth and their families during their transitions into the C5 program, through high school, into college and beyond.
Victoria joined Crossroads for Kids in March of 2010 as the registrar for all of our overnight summer programs at Camp Wing, Camp Mitton, and C5 New England at Camp Lapham. She is also the Program Coordinator for our teens in the 10th grade, scheduling year round events and planning their college tour for the summer going into the 11th grade.
Will started at Crossroads for Kids seasonally in the summer of 2006, joining the year round team in 2009. In his 5 years he has worked closely with the full age range of campers at Camp Wing and now is the director of Crossroads Connects, facilitating rental groups on the site.
