Our Leadership

Charles (Chuck) Hewitt III - Chair of the Board Chuck has been involved with Crossroads for many years and has held several positions on our Board of Trustees. He most recently served as the Chair of our Development Committee where he managed to greatly expand our fundraising capacity during difficult economic times. We welcome him as the Chair of the Board for 2012. Chucks’s entire family is dedicated to the kids and mission of Crossroads. Two of his children currently serve on our Board of Overseers. Deb Samuels - Executive Director Deb celebrated her 10th anniversary at Crossroads in 2010. With roles including the Director for Camps Wing and Lapham, and founding Director for the C5 Teen Leadership program, Deb has insight into the program and operations of the entire organization. Under Deb's leadership Crossroads for Kids has formed many partnerships with schools, corporations and youth focused organizations in Massachusetts, vastly expanded the reach and impact of our year-round programming and together with our Board, spearheaded our organizational strategic plan launched in 2010. Deb has dedicated her career to providing life changing experiences, opportunities and access to resources that enable young people facing enormous challenges to see beyond their circumstances and reach their highest potential.
