Amy joined Crossroads for Kids in August of 2009. She went to the University of Connecticut where she majored in English and minored in Economics. As a member of the development team, Amy focuses on ensuring our great supporters are receiving many thanks throughout the year!

Ben hails from Bishops Waltham, England. He joined Crossroads for Kids as a counselor in 2001. After completing his Business degree in England, he joined the full-time Crossroads team in 2005. Ben now oversees the Camp Wing operation including Camp Wing and the Duxbury Stockade, Camp Wing Day Camp and Crossroads Connects. He also works with the Program Coordinators to ensure our younger participants receive quality programming.
If I had a super power it would be: The ability to extend the summer throughout the year and to have the best chefs and nurses begging us to hire them at camp
My secret talent is: A secret. If I told you I could no longer call it my secret talent….

Caitlin joined Crossroads for Kids in July of 2007. Caitlin manages Crossroads’ organizational communications, philanthropic foundation program and special executive projects.

Deb joined Crossroads for Kids in February of 2001. Deb oversees all day to day operations of the organization, and is responsible for implementing the vision of the Crossroads board and building long term support for our mission and kids.

DiAndra Butner - College Access Promise Fellow
DiAndra is an alum of our C5 teen leadership program, Class of 2009. She has now joined us full time as an AmeriCorps Massachusetts Promise Fellow working with 12th grade Medallions helping them with the college process. She also is our C5 Alumni Coordinator developing our tracking and engagement program.

Emily joined Crossroads seasonal staff in 2005, and joined full time Fall of 2007. She oversees the recruitment for the C5 teen leadership program and oversees the 8th and 9th grades programming and will be acting as co-director of Camp Lapham this summer.

Jamaal joined the seasonal staff of Crossroads for Kids in 2006. Since then he has served as a counselor, team leader and director of the teen program at Camp Lapham. Jamaal currently serves Crossroads year-round as the program coordinator for evaluation, partnerships and research. A proud recipient of the Coca-Cola Scholarship, the Harry S. Truman Scholarship for Public Service and the Reynolds Foundation Fellowship for Social Entrepreneurship, Jamaal holds a B.A. from St. John’s College and a Ed.M. from Harvard University.

Jeanne joined the Crossroads seasonal staff in 2010 as the Express Coordinator at Camp Lapham during the summer and worked with Crossroads Connects during the fall. She fell in love with camp and joined the full time team in February 2011. She is currently the the Development and Communications Coordinator, focusing on social media, special event support, and donor stewardship.

My secret talent is: I can switch places with my identical twin sister and many people would not be able to tell. I also can cook a meal for 300 people without breaking a sweat! Come check me out in the Wing dining hall!

Kelly Springham - Program Coordinator Kelly joined Crossroads for Kids in the summer of 2001 as a seasonal staff member at Camp Wing. While spending the off season years in college she continued to return to camp each year working in the villages as well as on the Program Team. Kelly became full time in the fall of 2006 and is a Program Coordinator working primarily with third through fifth graders as well as overseeing our training programs in Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED and Ropes Course implementation by outside vendors.

Keya joined the Crossroads seasonal staff in summer 2009 as the Head Chef at Camp Lapham. With a passion for youth & camp Keya continued to work with Crossroads during the year at the different weekend
events . She fell in love with the Crossroads Family and joined the full time team in January 2011. She is currently a Program Coordinator working directly with our 11th & 12th graders. In the summer along
with Emily Semprini, Keya will co-direct Camp Lapham.

Laura joined Crossroads for Kids as a Program Assistant in the fall of 2010. She supports the program team as the registrar for Camp Wing Day Camp, being part of the Crossroads Connects team, and also assists Kelly in the year round CCI program. During the summer, Laura is the Office Manager in the Camp Wing overnight office.
My favorite camp activity is: Campfires with songs and smores!

Lisa has worked for Crossroads for Kids since 2002. She currently serves as the Co-Director of Camp Mitton and as a Program Assistant during the year. In the past, she has worked as Camp Mitton’s Director of the Apprentice Program, Behavior Specialist, and Creative Arts Coordinator, among other roles.
My favorite camp activity is: pow wowing on the field & avoiding my kryptonite, chicken (no, really: I'm allergic).

Marie joined the Crossroads team in June 2011 as a Development Intern. She loved everything about Crossroads, and was sad to leave when the internship ended in after the Rodman Ride. That’s why in December 2011 Marie came back as the Development Assistant!

Michael is from Edinburgh in Scotland and has been working for Crossroads for Kids at Camp Mitton for 6 years now. During that time he has been a counselor, Outdoor Pursuits Coordinator, Program Director and Co-Director, which he is doing now along with coordinating the Oak and Dogwood CCI program.

Victoria joined Crossroads for Kids in March of 2010 as the registrar for all of our overnight summer programs at Camp Wing, Camp Mitton, and C5 New England at Camp Lapham. She is also the Program Coordinator for our teens in the 10th grade, scheduling year round events and planning their college tour for the summer going into the 11th grade.

Will started at Crossroads for Kids seasonally in the summer of 2006, joining the year round team in 2009. In his 5 years he has worked closely with the full age range of campers at Camp Wing and now is the assistant director of Crossroads Connects, facilitating rental groups on the site.
My favorite camp activity is: Encortionary-arado! An exciting and creative mix of singing, drawing, acting, and sculpture!
